The solution
status automator

STATUS AUTOMATOR IS THE ANSWER

Our objective in creating the Status Automator was to provide the transport sector with a way of being at its most efficient and safe. We have kept things simple so that it can be at its most impactful, whilst at the same time being sufficiently flexible that a bespoke outcome can be achieved for each client we deal with.  Status Automator is not a conventional GPS tracking system. Status Automator focuses on where the truck is within the business and delivery process. Yes, it tracks the truck, but more importantly, it tracks the job.

An intelligent system that understands transport logistics. The fully automated transport management and scheduling system allows companies to manage multiple transports more productively, allowing the driver to focus on the job of driving and meeting customer scheduling commitments. This creates a safer working environment for drivers and provides plant operators with accurate information enabling them to make more cost-effective decisions.

Job Statuses are Fully Automated

  • Driver doesn't press any status buttons
  • Fully integrated with command concrete
  • Tracking and scheduling times are accurate and reliable
  • Time is saved or recovered, productivity and all assets utilisation is increased

How it Works

  • Geofenced locations
  • Hand-brake sensor
  • Seatbelt sensor
  • Bowl sensor
  • Driver ID reader
  • Other vehicle activity
  • Messages to the truck using voice
  • SOS button for driver emergencies

Reports

  • Web based - intranet - customer hosted
  • Driver performance
  • Status Automator performance
  • Idle times
  • Service schedule

Driver Health & Safety

Preventative voice alerts when;
  • Speeding and Over-revving
  • Over Bowl Allowed Speed
  • Tilt Detected
  • Harsh Braking
  • Handbrake not Engaged
  • Seatbelt not Engaged
  • Harch Cornering
  • Driver ID not detected
  • Discharge (on road) Warning
  • SOS - Rollover and Collision
Voice Warnings are first given to the driver when they approach the limits, once the limit is exceeded a more serious voice message is made and the server system is advised.

Important Statuses

POUR
  • May be used to schedule the next load to that truck
  • Clear when pour actually occurs due to the signal of the bowl sensor
RETURNING TO PLANT
  • The status can reliably be used by dispatchers to ticket the next job to that truck
  • Load is batched and ready for loading when the truck is back in yard, no downtime
IN YARD
  • The truck is available for the next job
  • Driver breaks can be scheduled
